For those wanting more security and an extra pair of eyes, we have the Artwork Check, which gives enhanced checks to make sure your order will be printed perfectly!
£20.00 per order line, Design team will follow up your order to make sure the print you need is perfect, please note that this is a check online and any additional artwork changes to produce your order may be applicable.

Please Note:
Spelling, punctuation and grammar are not included. However, if the team spot anything they will always try and raise this, but please make your own checks for these prior to printing.
So For just £20, we include 2 opportunities for amendments to existing artwork.
Letting you know:
Where there is an issue with the design, contact will be first attempted via the provided email on the order. In the event that, we receive no contact after 5 working days from email or phone, we will make the changes we can and pass to print to make sure your order reaches you.

Next day shipping is only available on certain products, if ordering before midday (GMT).
Delivery options are dependent on the time of the order so may vary slightly from those seen here. Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, we are available on Live Chat on closed days, but this is to support any orders.
Standard Delivery costs below. However, timescales, weights and delivery locations may vary. Should delivery cost vary, one of our advisors will be in touch prior to print to confirm this.
Most of our branded items come with free delivery, timescales on these items are listed and delivery os normally 2 days from your dispatch confirmation.

Our Order Process
Our Order Process
1️⃣ Submit A Request
Tell us what you want printed and when you want it by, our sales team will run through any questions you may have.
This is to make sure your order is exactly what you had hoped for, nobody likes mistakes when it comes to print.
2️⃣ Sign Off Artwork
We will produce a proof of your artwork for you to sign off. If artwork is submitted with an Artwork Check (See Extras) added, a member of our design team will make sure the artwork is correct for the item its being printed on.
Without this check, we will process your order as per the artwork uploaded, so for £10.00 it's worth making sure its correct, especially if timescales are important.
Part of the Artwork Check is also providing a digital sample of the artwork for you to sign off and agree, prior to production. Please make sure that your chosen font, CMYK colours or Pantone details are provided.
3️⃣ Receive Order
We will produce and deliver your printing by a specified date, this date will be agreed with our customer service team when your order is placed.
